Winter fog
I took these images on my favourite walk up through the forest along the gorge. It was early morning and I was truck by the stillness and quiet. On the second trip it was also quite foggy and this created a wonderfully pale backdrop for the trees and branches showcasing the delicate colours of the few remaining autumn leaves. The images become quiet studies of rhythm, pattern and colour.
